Covid-19 Update - Tanoa Skylodge Hotel
3 April 2020

It is with regret that we advise that Tanoa Skylodge Hotel in Nadi, Fiji will close on Monday 6 April 2020. Existing guests and future reservations will be transferred to Tanoa International Hotel which is still operating in a limited capacity.  We trust you understand our position and be assured we are doing everything in our control to support both our guests and staff over this difficult period.  We will continue to keep you updated.

Covid-19 Update - Tanoa Plaza Hotel
1 April 2020

Tanoa Plaza Hotel are not taking any online bookings for travel from now until 31st May 2020.  They are operating on a skeleton staff during this time and are only accepting bookings from local guests (subject to availability).  Please call their reception on 331 2300 to make a reservation, or if you have any queries. The restaurant is open to hotel guests only and will only be serving basic meals as required. 

Covid-19 Update
27 March 2020

As of today all Tanoa Hotels in Fiji, Samoa and Tonga still remain open. Due to the countrywide lock down in New Zealand, Russell Cottages is closed until at least the 23rd April.

Our Fiji, Samoa and Tonga hotels all have reduced staff numbers to meet the demand and some have limited their food and beverage hours of operation. Local produce is readily available and importation supply lines continue to operate.

Please be assured that all hotels have introduced a full health and safety practice for guests and staff alike. This features availability of sanitising material, protective uniforms, personal space awareness and self isolating options if required.

In these uncertain times the Tanoa Hotel Group strives to continue supporting our guests and staff. We trust you and your family remain safe and we will continue to keep you updated with changes to our operations.

We are carefully following the guidelines provided by government health officials and the World Health Organisation and monitoring developments to protect our staff, our guests and the general public.
